Allan Panozza

Allan PanozzaAllan Panozza was born in 1933 in Geolong, Australia. Allan grew up with a love for the Sacramental life of the Church. In 1957 Allan married Carmel and they have 3 sons, 2 daughters and 18 grandchildren. In February 1978, both Allan and Carmel received the Baptism of the Holy Spirit and in 1983 Allan was elected Chairman of CCR in Melbourne. Allan has worked full-time for CCR since 1985. He is the current Chairman of the National Service Committee for Australia and joined the ICCRS Council in 1991 as ICCRS representative to the Renewal in Oceania. He was President of ICCRS from 2000 until 2007. In February 2002, Allan received an appointment from Pope John Paul II to be a member of the Pontifical Council for the Laity in Rome. Allan has ministered widely throughout Australia and a number of overseas countries. He has a particular devotion to the Blessed Sacrament and strongly promotes the devotion of Perpetual Adoration. Together with his parish priest he opened, in his own parish, a Chapel of Perpetual Adoration.
