
Julienne Mesedem was born on July 15, 1948 in Baleng in the Cameroons. She is a consecrated lay person, has one child, and is a retired biologist. She has been a member of the CCR since 1982, and received the Baptism in the Spirit in 1984. She has been President of the Cameroon National Council of the CCR from 1999 to 2006. She was elected a Member of the AFSCI for Francophone Central Africa in 2007. She was elected to the ICCRS Council in April 2008. Leading retreats, and formation sessions in different dioceses, she is in charge of ministries such as singing, teaching and spiritual help. She is also a Catechist, Acolyte and member of the Ecumenical Movement of the diocese. She wrote “Knowing the Catholic Charismatic Renewalâ€, and founded the Fraternity of the Friends of the Priesthood.
